Applicants must provide accurate and relevant information and submit the documents required for their respective membership category. The Chamber may request additional information or documentation wherever necessary for verification.

All members are expected to conduct their business activities with honesty, transparency, professionalism, and integrity. Members should maintain high standards of ethical conduct in all dealings with customers, employees, partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and policies of the Chamber. Membership does not exempt any member from fulfilling its legal, regulatory, taxation, or other statutory obligations.

SCCI maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery, corruption, fraudulent practices, and unethical payments. Members are expected to conduct their business in accordance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements.

Members are expected to treat fellow members, employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders with dignity, fairness, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or unethical conduct is not consistent with the values of SCCI.

Members must protect confidential business, commercial, financial, and other sensitive information obtained through their association with the Chamber. Such information must not be disclosed or misused without appropriate authorization.

Members are expected to compete fairly and ethically while respecting the rights, intellectual property, and legitimate interests of other businesses. The Chamber encourages healthy competition and responsible business practices.

SCCI encourages members to adopt responsible business practices that contribute positively to environmental and social well-being. Members are encouraged to promote sustainability and responsible growth within their respective areas of operation.

Membership must be renewed within the prescribed period by completing the applicable renewal process and payment of the relevant membership fee. Members are responsible for maintaining the validity of their membership.

A member wishing to discontinue its membership may submit a formal written resignation request to the Chamber. The resignation will be processed in accordance with the applicable Chamber procedures.

The Chamber may suspend a membership in cases of non-compliance, misconduct, violation of Chamber rules or policies, or other conduct considered inconsistent with the objectives and values of SCCI.

Membership may be terminated in cases involving serious violations of Chamber rules, fraudulent conduct, or continued non-compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted to SCCI are true, complete, and accurate. Any material misrepresentation or submission of false information may result in appropriate action, including suspension or termination of membership.
